How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is capacity-based — by number of robots, facilities, and operator seats. There are no surprise per-API-call charges. Annual commitments unlock a 20% discount.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Plans are pro-rated and switching is one click in the console. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Do you offer pilot pricing?

For qualified pilots we offer a 90-day production pilot at Starter pricing with full Professional features unlocked. Talk to sales for details.

Is hardware included?

Hardware is sold separately and also available on a 36/60-month lease. Enterprise contracts can roll hardware into a single capacity fee.

What deployment models do you support?
