These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rayantra's websites, platform, robotics services, APIs, SDKs, and industrial automation systems (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Rayantra is operated from Tamil Nadu, India. Our registered details and contact information are listed in the Company Information card below.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use Rayantra. Enterprise accounts must be created and managed by authorized representatives of a legal entity.
Rayantra provides a programmable platform for autonomous robotics, AI infrastructure, and industrial automation. Specific service scope, SLAs, and capacity are governed by the plan you select and any executed Order Form or Master Service Agreement.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree to comply with documented rate limits, authentication requirements, and integration constraints. Rayantra may apply reasonable throttling, scoping, or temporary suspension to protect platform stability for all users.
Rayantra retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, documentation, models, designs, trademarks, and trade secrets.
You retain ownership of your operational data and content. You grant Rayantra a limited license to process such data solely to provide and improve the Services on your behalf.
Enterprise customers' operational data is processed under the terms of the executed Master Service Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, and applicable region pinning configuration.
We aim to provide industrial-grade availability, with paid SLA guarantees on Professional and Enterprise plans. Detailed SLA terms, uptime credits, and reporting are governed by the Service Level Agreement applicable to your plan.
The Services may interoperate with third-party systems (WMS, ERP, IoT, identity, observability). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions.
Fees are described on the Pricing page or in your Order Form. Invoices are issued monthly or annually as agreed. Late payments accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, breach payment obligations, or create unacceptable risk to platform safety or other customers. Material breaches without remedy may result in immediate termination.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, Rayantra disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayantra's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid to Rayantra in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event will Rayantra be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rayantra harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced through the console and notified to billing contacts at least 30 days in advance.
