This Privacy Policy describes how Rayantra (“Rayantra”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you access our website, platform, robotics infrastructure, AI services, and associated industrial automation systems.

By accessing or using any Rayantra service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. We have written it in plain language because trust is operational — and trust starts with clarity.

Rayantra operates from Tamil Nadu, India and serves industrial and enterprise operators globally. Our registered legal entity, address, and contact channels are listed in the Company Information card below.

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Rayantra platform. This includes:

• Information you provide directly (account, billing, support).
• Information generated by your use of the platform (telemetry, logs).
• Information from authorized third parties (SSO providers, integrators).

Personal information we may collect includes:

• Full name, business email address, and phone number.
• Company name, role, industry, and team size.
• Authentication identifiers and SSO subject IDs.
• Billing details and tax identifiers required for invoicing.

As you operate fleets, sites, and missions on Rayantra, we collect technical information necessary to deliver the service safely:

• Robot telemetry, mission state, and event logs.
• Edge node health, model performance, and inference metadata.
• Audit events and authentication signals for security monitoring.
• Aggregate analytics on platform usage and reliability.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Rayantra platform.
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access control.
• Detect anomalies, prevent abuse, and respond to incidents.
• Communicate operational, billing, and product updates.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Operational data uploaded by enterprise customers (fleet missions, telemetry, vision data) is processed strictly on behalf of the customer under the terms of the master service agreement and data processing addendum. Rayantra does not use customer operational data to train models for other customers without explicit written consent.

We may share information with:

• Authorized sub-processors strictly to operate the platform.
• Identity, billing, and analytics providers under contract.
• Law enforcement, when legally compelled and properly scoped.

We do not sell personal information. Sub-processor list is available on request to privacy@rayantra.com.

We implement defense-in-depth controls across the platform: mTLS everywhere, hardware-rooted attestation, signed firmware, customer-managed encryption keys (BYOK), full audit logging, and 24/7 monitoring. We hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.

We retain data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. Customers can configure custom retention windows for operational data via the console.

Rayantra operates globally with regional data residency controls. Enterprise customers can pin data and inference to specific regions (EU, AP, NA) with auditable enforcement.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
• Object to or restrict processing of your personal data.
• Port your data to another service in a structured format.

Rayantra integrates with WMS, ERP, identity, observability, and BI systems. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies; we recommend reviewing them. We disclose only the minimum information required to deliver the integration.

Rayantra is an industrial platform for enterprise operators. Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We review this Policy quarterly and update it when our practices change. Material changes are announced via the console and notified to billing contacts at least 30 days in advance.
